Archives

The Archives Committee continues to collect, organize and preserve records and memorabilia of the congregation.

This year the focus of the archival work has been on preservation and remounting photographs in the Minister's Album and in the T.H Oliver photograph collection. A donation of photographs has been received from the Oliver family and these will be added to the Oliver album. The Ministers Album contains photographs of ministers who have served this congregation dating back to the 1800s. Several groups have made use of these albums recently in their studies of the history of the Aurora United/Methodist Church.
