Living Waters Presbytery
 

Effective Christian Leadership: 

Living Waters Presbytery is our closest partner in the Work of our Congregation. It is one of many Presbyteries within Toronto Conference.

·         The work of Living Waters Presbytery and all presbyteries is;

·         To provide fellowship and support among United Churches in York Region

·         To provide oversight of the health and religious life of the Pastoral Charges within the bounds of York Region

·         To provide oversight of all paid ministry personnel within its bounds and of students in the process of training for ministry;

·         To provide oversight of all church property and finances;

·         To be a major method of communications between courts of the church, namely:

1.       Among Pastoral Charges,

2.       Between Pastoral Charges and Conference,

3.       Between Pastoral Charges and General Council
