Healthy Body, Peaceful Mind

Join us Friday mornings for a time to relax, learn and heal. This 7 week session offers the following:

Being with a community for support and having a place to ask questions. 

Learning useful imagery-techniques for pain and symptom management. 

Understanding body-mind connections. 

Enjoying guided-meditations for reducing stress and encouraging peace of mind.

Understanding burn-out & overwhelm, and practical ways of managing.

Enjoyment of music in different classes with Indigenous wooden flutes, mellow-sounding Tibetan singing bowls, and sharing of favorite musical pieces of many genres.
