Women Work for Change in Zambia

Heavy water drums. Scorching sun. Poor sanitation. Violence. Not being able to attend school. These are some of the issues faced by women and girls in charge of collecting water around the world. It’s one of many that Mission & Service partner Women for Change is addressing in Zambia. Your Mission & Service gifts help empower women and girls in rural areas across the country.

As we navigate this time, we are witnessing the rise of mental health needs and concerns in our communities and the greater society. We are witnessing unprecedented needs in regards to substance use disorder and toxic drug poisoning, the rise of mental health systematic needs, and personal fatigue. We are grateful for the considerable energy you are utilizing to engage new ways and platforms while weaving pastoral care into these new spaces. We invite each of you on May 22021 to join together in a public and prophetic support of all people living with mental health wellness and mental health illness challenges.
Thank you,
Jeffrey Dale, Shining Waters Regional Council
